Balancing budgets, appearance & risk management is a service we pride ourselves on.Commercial groundskeeping is a very detailed service tailored to a specific property and your requirements and expectations.
- A typical service would include, but not be limited to, the following services.
For the spring
- General clean-up of the property, gardens, lawns, walk ways and paved areas Appropriate pruning, cut-backs and re-mulching in the gardens Redefining garden edges and boarders Aerate and apply granular fertilizer to the lawn areas
For the summer
- Maintain the gardens to be tidy and free of weeds Mow and trim the lawn on a weekly basis as required to maintain a healthy height Maintain garden boarders and walkway edges to be tidy in appearance Apply granular fertilizer to the lawn areas in June and August
For the fall
- Continue to maintain the property, lawns, gardens, walkways and paved surfaces Remove leaves and other seasonal debris as required Prepare gardens for the winter as required Apply granular fertilizer to the lawn in October
For the winter
- Install markers to identify the areas for snow removal Supply, deliver and fill salt and ice melt boxes as required Clear the snow from all predetermined areas at 2.5 cm of snow accumulation Apply salt and/or ice melt to all predetermined areas at 12 mm of snow accumulation or 3 mm of freezing rain
Throughout the year
- Maintain an open line of communication with you to identify and resolve any issue or concerns that may arise
